Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Wilson, North Carolina, is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager, Execution Systems CSV Lead to oversee the development and execution of the CSV program on-site. You will manage validation activities, IT and automation projects, and collaborate with Quality, IT, and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and lifecycle delivery.

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
Minimum 8 years in manufacturing, 2+ years in Execution Systems/Automation/IT in GMP.
Deep knowledge of automation systems incl. DeltaV/OSI PI/Siemens PLCs.
Experience with MES systems such as Werum PAS-X and DeltaV Batch.
Strong understanding of industrial networks, S95/S88, and cGMP/21 CFR 11.

Responsibilities

Lead CSV strategy development and site execution aligned to global standards.
Validate IT, Execution, and Laboratory systems per CSV plans.
Collaborate with Quality, IT, and Operations to maintain compliance.
Provide input to SOPs and lifecycle documentation improvements.
Act as senior technical resource for policy implementation with quality partners.
Track cost, quality, and schedule to ensure project delivery.
Lead the CSV team on lifecycle management and milestone achievements.
