Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week traveler assignment at Otsego Memorial Hospital in northern Michigan. The role covers a 40-hour week with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and call rotations, including one weekend every six weeks.

Join a collaborative surgical team handling varied cases, including C-sections. Compensation features $40/hour, a $1,100 weekly stipend, and a $4,000 completion bonus upon contract completion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Surgical Technology Training Program or Licensed Practical Nurse with scrub experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Surgical Technologist certification (C.S.T. or N.C.C.T) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for upcoming surgeries.
• Sterilize equipment and stock necessary supplies.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist hands-on with surgeons.
• Order and inventory supplies and maintain procedure records.
• Be part of a well-developed traveler team and support an OR with diverse cases including C-sections.
