Job summary

Community Health Network offers an opportunity at its Community Hamilton Surgery Center in Noblesville, IN for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in the Operating Room. The CST will scrub on a variety of surgical cases, assist surgeons, and ensure sterile and aseptic technique is maintained throughout procedures.

The role requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program and NBSTSA certification within six months of hire, with 1 year of OR experience preferred and strong

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited Surgical Technology program.
• NBSTSA certification within six months of hire.
• One year OR experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in on a variety of surgical cases in the Operating Room.
• Assist surgeons and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain sterile and aseptic technique throughout procedures.
