The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Surgical Technologist extern to join the operating room team under nurse supervision. The extern will assist in preparing sterile supplies and equipment for procedures, while performing room duties related to direct patient care and following procedural guidelines.
Applicants must be a student in an accredited surgical technology program, having completed two semesters and advancing to the third clinical rotation, with AHA BLS certification.
