Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED; CST certification required.
• 1 year of surgical experience required.
• Basic knowledge of surgical technique and OR sterile field setup.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic arithmetic and computer literacy required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains sterile field and instrumentation for procedures.
• Cleans and prepares ORs before and after surgeries; maintains solutions/equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment/supply issues; informs manager as needed.
• Handles chemicals/cleaning agents with care to avoid hazards.
• Assists OR team with patient positioning and transfers.
• Maintains aseptic technique; corrects breaks in technique as needed.
• Transports sterile and non-sterile supplies and equipment between units.
• Monitors schedule to ensure availability of implants and supplies.
