Job summary

Columbus Regional Healthcare System is seeking a CSS Technician to support Central Supply and Surgical Services. You will clean, sterilize, assemble, package, and distribute patient care equipment and instruments, ensuring readiness for procedures.

No prior experience is required, though familiarity with sterilization procedures is preferred. The role involves maintaining inventory, updating par levels, and assisting in instrument repair and maintenance under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and keep simple records/logs.
• Ability to utilize menu-driven computer software specifically designed for job functions.
• Incumbent will be required to attain BLS certification within three months of employment.
