Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support customers in our Florida operations. You will process orders, assist walk-ins, provide product information, and handle pricing and status inquiries while maintaining accurate records and reports.

The role requires a forklift-certified candidate with warehouse experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Prior tile industry knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, stock inventory, restock and label vendor products.
• Receive inbound shipments, process returns, and notify on damaged freight.
• Operate forklift and manage warehouse tasks including cycle counts.
• Provide account management support: order entry, inquiries, pricing, and status.
• Handle high-volume calls via ACD and generate reports as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address order issues from entry to delivery.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional CSR Warehouse Associate II to join our TEAM! As the CSR Warehouse Associate II, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as servicing walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions.

Sign-On Bonus

• Eligible new hires will receive a $750 sign-on bonus, paid in three installments: $250 upon start date, $250 after 90 days of employment, and $250 after 180 days of employment.

Primary Objective

To ensure effective and efficient coordination between the Company and its customers with a high level of service and support. Performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse. Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues as needed.

Primary Function and Scope

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operates forklift equipment.
• Provides customer account management, which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Provides customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
• Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports.
• Interfaces with various groups, including but not limited to internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1 or more years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Must have a moderate level of computer skills in Word and Excel.
