Job summary

MFS Investment Management in Boston is seeking a Corporate Citizenship Co-op to support the team in implementing and managing the company's community engagement strategy. Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, CSR, Public Policy, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and community leaders on corporate citizenship strategy.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with corporate citizenship programs, community organizations, and nonprofits.
• Commitment to learning, creativity and critical thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion and experience volunteering or supporting charitable causes.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and documentation of processes and procedures for the Corp. Citizenship Team.
• Manage and update the Corp. Citizenship Resource Page on SharePoint.
• Coordinate logistics for volunteer events, galas and drives.
• Work with MFS design and communications teams to produce ads and communication for events and opportunities.
• Perform research on charitable organizations as needed.
• Assist with the creation of presentations and maintenance of documentation related to MFS' Corporate Citizenship program.
