Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time customer service representative in Texas. You will provide courteous service to both internal and external customers and answer questions about customers’ policies.

You will accept payments, process transactions, and identify potential needs related to policies. You will assist with quotes, renewals, and cancellations and support marketing for new business development as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required to provide a first-rate customer experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful for serving a diverse customer base.
• Computer literacy from basic to intermediate is desirable for processing transactions and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accepts payments and processes transactions
• Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
• Position is full time
