Job summary

Cherished Memories Photography in Southern California seeks a friendly Front Desk Customer Service Representative for the busy seasonal period (June through January). You will warmly greet clients, manage check-ins, process payments, and coordinate scheduling and sales appointments.

This on-site role supports the photography and sales team, with opportunities to upsell packages, handle cash and POS transactions, and maintain a tidy front desk.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Greet all clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome

Check in clients for their scheduled appointments
