Job summary

A-TEK, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) Program Manager for a federal client. The role leads the SOC strategy, governance, and incident response, operating on-site in Rockville, MD. US citizenship is required to support sensitive governmental systems.

The ideal candidate will bring CISSP certification, a strong background in NIST/ISO/CIS frameworks, and experience managing security programs across IT and compliance functions. PMP is preferred for project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• US Citizenship is required.
• CISSP certification is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic SOC vision and goals.
• Coordinate all SOC program tasks and operations.
• Manage scope, schedule, and resources for projects and SOC activities.
• Establish, develop, and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
