Overview
Shodair is looking to hire a CSCT Therapist to join our team at Kessler Elementary School. The ideal candidate is someone who works well with a team and independently, is caring and empathetic, has classroom and behavior management experience, has treatment planning and assessment experience, and is fun and creative.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, family and group therapy including identification of family functioning and patterns contributing to a student\'s behavior. They also serve as an integral part of the treatment team and provide therapeutic learning during summer programming.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student mental health and behavioral goals.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary is $63,398.40 (unlicensed) and $69,264.00 (licensed). Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or a closely related field.
- 2 years of experience working with children who are emotionally disturbed is preferred.
- Evidence of training and/or experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
Certification/Licensure
- Current candidate license in the state of Montana (PCLC, SWLC, etc.)
- Eligible for licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Montana and actively working towards Montana licensure per the board of Behavioral Health requirements.
