Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC seeks a CSA engineer to support data center projects from design through closeout. You will coordinate civil/sitework, structural systems, and architectural finishes with architects, engineers, and contractors.

The role requires reviewing drawings, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality. Onsite work with clients and cross-functional teams is essential for delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of CSA engineering, design coordination, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction systems and sequencing.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Strong problem-solving, field coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, quality requirements, and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of CSA scopes across data center projects from design through construction and closeout.
• Coordinate civil sitework, structural systems, building envelope, architectural finishes, and related CSA interfaces.
• Review CSA drawings, specs, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design changes for project compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve CSA issues.
• Monitor CSA construction progress, schedules, risks, quality, and field execution.
• Support site activities including earthwork, foundations, concrete, and roofing.
• Participate in site inspections, constructability reviews, meetings, punch walks, and issue resolution.
• Maintain QA/QC and technical documentation including inspection records and closeout docs.
• Support technical changes, as-built docs, turnover packages, and project closeout.
• Ensure CSA work meets approved designs, codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Onsite at client site: work is performed onsite to enable delivery and client relationships.
