MiCiM International is seeking an experienced CSA Manager to lead a key role on a significant Data Centre construction project in Town of Norway, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to exceptional standards.

The CSA Manager will oversee all aspects from planning through to handover while maintaining quality, budget, and safety. Candidates should have a strong background in large-scale construction or data centre projects and excel in communication and team leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the CSA scope from planning to handover.
• Lead site inspections, RAMS approvals, risk management and client reporting.
• Drive design coordination, change control, procurement and information flow.
