Qualifications

• Terminal degree (or in progress) in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of five years in higher education or related professional experience.
• Ability to lead program development, assessment, and alignment with accreditation standards.
• Experience with external accrediting agencies and ensuring program quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and academic leadership for the program.
• Lead program development to ensure rigor and alignment with institutional standards.
• Monitor student progression, attendance, performance, and persistence.
• Collaborate with faculty, admissions, advising, marketing, and academic operations to support enrollment and quality.
• Teach courses in the program annually and stay current with technology.
• Lead program evaluation and collect and report data for accreditation and institutional requirements.
