Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred 3 years of industry experience in the applicable field.
• Preferred Cisco CCNA or better; experience with MCP, Net+, Server+.
• Must be willing to obtain Cisco instructor certification.
• Industry affiliations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Engaging, Industry-Relevant Instruction.
• Teach CSIT courses per descriptions, outcomes and guidelines.
• Develop lessons and materials linking concepts to tech practices.
• Use Canvas and other course-related tools.
• Create a student-centered learning environment and foster participation.
• Monitor progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and outcomes assessments.
• Stay current with IT practices and participate in professional development.
• Attend department and College meetings and support student success.
