Job summary

Applied Network Solutions, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to join our team. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and deep experience in cyber operations and planning.

You will analyze requirements, develop doctrine, and lead joint targeting and cyber-planning efforts to support NSA mission-related objectives. A strong background in cybersecurity and DoD/IC work is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field preferred, but any field acceptable.
• Relevant experience in NSA-related missions and/or DoD/IC with strategic and/or operational planning.
• External engagement/collaboration experience preferred.
• Analyze emerging operational and functional requirements to support formulation.
• Develop and assess doctrine, strategy, plans, and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Conduct technical analyses and provide assessment reports for cyber requirements and training.
• Assess cyber warfighting capability and new technologies.
• Institute formal planning processes to analyze missions for capability gaps.
• Provide special intelligence program analysis and crisis action planning support.
• Execute in-depth joint targeting and cyber planning processes.

ANS is seeking a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph required
• A high school diploma or GED plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 6 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience, or a master's degree plus 6 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of experience.
• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations)
• External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.

As required by local law, Applied Network Solutions, Inc. provides reasonable salary ranges of compensation for work performed in applicable states. Ranges are not a guarantee of compensation and depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to contractual requirements, work location, years of experience, skill set, and education. Overtime is not guaranteed for this position.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $100,000 - $165,000 USD.
