Job summary

DigiFlight, Inc. seeks a Cryptologic Cyber Planner III TS/SCI Fullscope Poly for Augusta, GA. The role focuses on developing, coordinating, and integrating cyber planning and operations for FTC4 needs, leveraging existing processes and tools to design effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong cyber background with operational planning experience and can lead meetings and cross-agency efforts with external partners. Top-secret clearance and poly are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the DoD and/or a similar mission.
• A degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or a related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
• External engagement/collaboration experience is preferred (e.g., cross-Agency working groups, field assignments).
• Must have strong planning and ability to lead meetings and working groups.

The Cryptologic Cyber Planner shall possess the following capabilities:

Ability to develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations for FTC4 needs. Planners must address how to leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement FTC4’s operational campaigns.

Operational plans/campaigns shall be evaluated for strategic planning, countermeasure development, implementation, and measure of effectiveness. CCP shall document operational use cases to support adversary defeat, initiate communications with external support partners, and conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.

Planners should have strong cyber background, experience with operational planning, the ability to effectively communicate FTC4 requirements, and lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.

Qualifications:

External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.

Education: A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience. A degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or a related field is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Relevant: must be in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.g., collection, cyber, and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations). External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, IDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.
