Job summary

DigiFlight, Inc. seeks a Cryptologic Cyber Planner III TS/SCI with Fullscope Poly to join a team protecting critical DoD/IC missions. The role emphasizes developing and coordinating cyber operations, leveraging proprietary tools and processes to advance FTC4 campaigns.

Active Top-Secret SCI with FSP Poly is required. Strong collaboration skills and leadership in working groups are essential to support client objectives and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma/GED plus 12 years experience, or Associate's degree plus 10 years, or Bachelor's + 8 years, or Master's + 6 years, or Doctoral + 4 years.
• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or related field preferred, but any degree acceptable.
• Experience related to NSA/DoD mission with strategic/operational planning. External collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations for FTC4 needs.
• Evaluate operational plans/campaigns for strategic planning, countermeasure development, implementation, and effectiveness.
• Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat and initiate communications with external support partners.
• Lead developmental working groups/meetings as requested by the client.

Role description:

Active Top-Secret SCI with FSP Poly

The Cryptologic Cyber Planner shall possess the following capabilities:

Ability to develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations for FTC4 needs. Planners must address how to leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement FTC4’s operational campaigns.

Operational plans/campaigns shall be evaluated for strategic planning, countermeasure development, implementation, and measure of effectiveness. CCP shall document operational use cases to support adversary defeat, initiate communications with external support partners, and conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.

Planners should have strong cyber background, experience with operational planning, the ability to effectively communicate FTC4 requirements, and lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the DoD and/or a similar mission and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations). External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.
