Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Information Security Analyst 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Information Security Analyst 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting cryptography, PKI, and digital certificate governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Rate: $70-$72/hr W2 (we can not work with 1099/C2C/3rd parties)

What's the Job?
- Lead enterprise cryptography and PKI initiatives, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, policies, and control requirements related to cryptographic technologies.
- Assess cryptographic implementations, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure security and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design secure cryptographic solutions and address complex technical challenges.
- Monitor emerging cryptographic threats and evaluate organizational readiness for evolving standards, including Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Cryptography, PKI, Encryption, or related cybersecurity disciplines within the financial services industry.
- Deep expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, algorithms, encryption technologies, and key management processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale certificate lifecycle management programs and governing certificate discovery and automation platforms such as Venafi, Keyfactor, DigiCert, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), including deployment architectures, key protection mechanisms, and operational controls.
