Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the United States seeks a Cryptographic Architecture & Engineering expert to join our Data Security organization. You will define enterprise cryptographic architecture, lead post-quantum readiness, and drive crypto-agility across payments, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

The role requires hands-on engineering capability to prototype, validate, and implement secure patterns, including HSMs, PKI, and key lifecycles. This hybrid position spans Phoenix and other major U.S.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in cryptographic engineering, cybersecurity architecture, or security engineering in a large-scale technology environment.
• Deep knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, encryption, digital signatures, hashing, TLS, key establishment and exchange, and modern cryptographic protocols.
• Experience with HSMs, enterprise key-management systems, PKI, certificates, and cryptographic key lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise cryptographic architecture and strategic patterns across payment and non-payment environments.
• Lead post-quantum cryptography readiness and crypto-agility initiatives with CBOM and migration roadmaps.
• Provide architecture leadership for payment cryptography including HSMs, key management, and PCI requirements.
• Design modern approaches for enterprise encryption, PKI, digital signatures, and cloud-native cryptography.
• Translate security standards into architecture-as-code and automated guardrails with prototyped reference implementations.
