Role Description

The Crypto Treasury Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, United States, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing the club s digital asset treasury, including overseeing liquidity, cash flow planning, and allocation of crypto holdings across exchanges, wallets, and custodial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market conditions, executing trades within defined risk limits, reconciling on-chain and off-chain transactions, and preparing regular reporting on portfolio performance and risk exposure for leadership and member stakeholders. The Crypto Treasury Manager will design and maintain treasury policies, support compliance with applicable regulations, collaborate with investment and research teams on capital deployment strategies, and coordinate with operations and technology leads to enhance security, controls, and automation in treasury workflows. The role also involves creating clear documentation, improving internal dashboards, and contributing educational content to help members understand treasury practices and crypto market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking ownership of projects and meeting deadlines in a hybrid setting.
• Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field; advanced study or relevant certifications in blockchain, treasury, or risk management are a plus.
