Midpoint Markets is seeking a quantitative researcher to scale our crypto strategies and pioneer new alpha-generating frameworks from the ground up. You will analyze large datasets, backtest trading ideas, and adapt models to evolving exchanges.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial markets, cryptocurrencies, crypto assets, and decentralized finance required.
• Deep understanding of crypto market microstructure and macrostructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to research crypto signals
• Build, back test, and refine trading and hedging strategies across exchanges
• Monitor and analyze model performance in live trading to identify improvements
• Adapt existing strategies to new exchanges and crypto products
• Conduct research on niche market forces to improve trading performance
