Qualifications

• Experience running marketing operations: calendars, pipelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to create and curate content for social channels and campaigns.
• Proven track record coordinating events, including international ones when needed.
• Strong eye for brand quality and on-brand output.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day marketing operations, calendar, pipeline, and follow-through.
• Create content ideas, execute simple pieces, and coordinate the broader team.
• Run ecosystem and co-marketing coordination with partners via channels like Telegram.
• QA marketing output to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery.
• Coordinate occasional international events, handling logistics and execution.
• Help launch new initiatives like podcasts and newsletters as the function grows.
