Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Cryptanalytic Computer Scientist to perform data and computer science analysis in support of customer operations. Primary Location: Annapolis Junction, MD, with secondary locations in Augusta, GA; San Antonio, TX; Oahu, HI and other locations.

This role requires programming in Python, C#, Java or C++, front-end work (Angular/React/JavaScript/HTML/CSS), and experience with high-performance computing, AI, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with programming coursework.
• At least four upper-level math classes (Calculus and above) included in degree requirements.
• Experience in computer science—theoretical or applied—designing/developing/evaluating models, methods, or algorithms to study issues and solve problems; engineering or HPC experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across multiple mission teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support for SIGINT operations.
• Develop software in Python, C#, Java or C++; front-end work (Angular/React/JavaScript/HTML/CSS) is highly desired.
• Leverage computer science expertise to solve mission problem sets and contribute to cross-Agency work groups.
• Collaborate with external customers and other mission teams to ensure successful outcomes.
