A promising opportunity at Amazon Center for Quantum Computing (CQC) in Pasadena, CA for an Electrical Assembly, Integration, & Testing Engineer in Cryogenic Hardware. You will build, test, and calibrate delicate electronics for cryogenic quantum systems and work with fine-pitch SMT, DC/RF harnesses, and precision test equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience.
• Knowledge of material and manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and package PCB assemblies, cable assemblies, and quantum processors using specialized tools.
• Perform high-quality hand soldering, including connector attachment and RF harness assembly.
• Conduct electrical tests with multimeters, VNAs, and automated test equipment to verify performance.
• Follow detailed work instructions and maintain strict electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety protocols.
