Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Project Engineer to join the North Region Customer Engineering team at our Allentown, PA headquarters. You will lead cryogenic and industrial gas delivery system projects, coordinate with customers and sales, and support operations and maintenance for reliability improvements.

The role emphasizes project management, safety, and cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid work flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; 1–5 years of experience preferred.
• Willingness to work hybrid office/field with travel 10–20%.
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage new customer station installations or modifications from proposal through implementation.
• Provide engineering support to customers, sales, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and installation drawings.
• Contribute to regional alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support safety program participation and ensure compliance.
