Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries is hiring an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician for our LH2 production facility in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on maintaining instrumentation, electrical distribution, and control systems to ensure safe, reliable cryogenic operations.

You will calibrate, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and PLCs, while documenting work in CMMS and coordinating with contractors. On-call duties and strong safety performance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years in I&E or instrumentation/electrical maintenance in industrial gas/chemical environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, safety, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain plant instrumentation and electrical distribution equipment.
• Repair and tune control systems and loop controllers (P&IDs).
• Troubleshoot control system issues; support design of instrumentation related controls.
• Maintain CMMS records and logs; manage spare parts inventory.
• On-call and rapid response to plant sites within two hours as needed.
