Job summary

Cryogenic-Industrial-Solutions is seeking a CDL Class A driver to safely transport cryogenic liquids (LIN, LOX, LAR) across multiple states. The role requires HazMat and Tanker endorsements and compliance with DOT/FMCSA, CGA, and company safety standards.

Expect a travel-heavy schedule, typically 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week at home. Candidates must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and a background check, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with HazMat and Tanker endorsements is required.
• 0–2 years of cryogenic or bulk-liquid experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate cryogenic tankers and CGA-341 cargo tanks in compliance with DOT/FMCSA policies.
• Handle loading, unloading, and transfer of LIN/LOX/LAR at plants, depots, and customer sites.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain logs and delivery docs.
• Maintain awareness to prevent overfills, cross-connections, and contamination during transfers.
• Use PPE and follow CGA safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, plant operators, and customers for accurate deliveries.
• Assist in basic trailer/equipment troubleshooting (valves, fittings, vacuum systems).
• Engage in training programs to improve cryogenic handling skills.
• Follow all regulations including rest periods and hours of service.
