Job summary

Four Corners Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Crusher Laborer to assist highway and on-site plant crews. The role involves manual tasks, equipment operation, and maintenance under supervision. Applicants should be 18+, possess a GED or high school diploma, and be able to travel as needed.

The position offers a safety-focused environment with opportunities to work across multiple site locations. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous related construction experience is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform machinery maintenance and repairs on conveyors, screens and crushers.
• Set up and tear down crusher machinery, move parts with equipment.
• Keep work area clean and safe, manage debris and materials.
• Operate skidsteer and related equipment as trained.
• Assist with material deliveries and job site cleanup.
• Support flagging and traffic control as needed.
