Crush Lounge is seeking a dependable, energetic, and adaptable Part-Time Busser to support our food and beverage operation. The Busser plays an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently. Primary responsibilities include bussing and resetting tables, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, running food, and supporting the service team throughout the shift. Crush is a fast-paced restaurant and bowling lounge with a lot of moving parts. Team members should be comfortable adapting throughout their shift and assisting in different areas based on the needs of the business.
When bussing needs are lighter, team members are expected to remain productive and assist with other areas of the operation. During downtime, responsibilities may include running food, completing regular cleaning assignments, restocking and organizing service areas, preparing for upcoming reservations or events, and assisting with the bowling floor as needed. Because Crush is also a bowling lounge, team members will receive hands‑on training and experience with basic bowling operations. Previous bowling alley experience is not required.
The ideal candidate: Is dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Works well in a fast-paced environment. Is comfortable staying active throughout the shift. Takes pride in cleanliness and organization. Is proactive and looks for what needs to be done during slower periods. Is comfortable running food and assisting other team members. Communicates effectively with coworkers and management. Is willing to learn and adapt as business needs change. Is comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, special events, and high-volume shifts as scheduled.
Crush is an operation with a lot of moving parts, so teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability are important. While bussing and maintaining the floor are the primary responsibilities of this position, Bussers also help with food running, cleaning, organization, and general support throughout the lounge. The ideal team member is someone who stays engaged, recognizes what needs to be done, and is willing to jump in and help keep the operation running smoothly.
