Responsibilities include recommending lines and itineraries, booking dining and excursions, tracking promotions, and maintaining expert knowledge of major cruise brands.

Qualifications

• Prior experience booking or selling cruises is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ocean and river cruise options.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
