Job summary

Five Below is hiring in Indianapolis for an hourly position focused on receiving, moving, and stocking merchandise. You will load/unload shipments, use an RF Gun for picking and put-away, and help ensure accuracy and safety on the floor.

The role requires operating a Crown Stand-Up High Reach Forklift, standing for long periods, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 6:00am–3:30pm, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating a Crown Stand-Up High Reach Forklift.
• Operate all equipment safely following work methods.
• Knowledge of physical inventory processes helpful.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lb, and be on feet.

Responsibilities

• Locate all physical locations.
• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Stack and store merchandise.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Use RF Gun for picking, receiving, put-away.
• Maintain neat, orderly facility.
• Report damages or shortages to management.
• Assist other departments as needed.
