Job summary

Salem-Keizer Public Schools seeks a Crossing Guard at Candalaria Elementary School (243) to help students cross safely during morning and afternoon shifts. Two positions are available (AM & PM). Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to work in all weather, follow written and oral directions, and work independently as required.

Rate of pay is $21.18 per hour. Interviews may be conducted virtually, in person, or via a one-way video; participation is required for eligibility.

• Ensure pedestrian safety at school crossing points.
