Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old, valid driver's license and HS diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening; eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong people skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cross-utilized agents to maintain service standards.
• Provide direction, guidance and motivation to station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals and participate in training sessions.
• Attend briefings/meetings and manage cross-utilized duties as needed.
