Job summary

Newly Weds Foods is seeking a machine operator to monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and washout equipment on a production line. You will follow SOPs, GMP and safety protocols while ensuring product quality and accurate packaging.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing safety checks, and assisting in maintaining production workflow and line morale. Must read and write English and work on a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cross-trained operator capable of running all production floor equipment to support coverage needs.
• Ability to manipulate small parts and gauges and solve problems during production.
• Adherence to SOPs, SOPOs, and GMP/SSOPs with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in high-volume production.
• Set up machines at shift start and perform safety checks during the shift.
• Load packaging material and adjust machine components per product specs.
• Inspect items for quality and remove defective products.
• Assist supervisor with crew management and timekeeping tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform machine washouts as required.
