Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN seeks an entry-level Food Services Specialist to support dining operations across culinary, hospitality, porter, and dish teams. You will rotate between roles, assist with food prep, meal delivery, serving guests, and maintaining dining areas.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to staffing needs, with shifts 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and 2:00 PM–12:00 AM, four days on and three off; prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food services support roles.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness in all on-site dining areas.
• Maintain beverage stations, food sales locations, and break areas.
• Assist with food preparation according to SpaceXAI quality and sanitation standards.
• Rotate and store products safely following food safety requirements.
• Follow stocking routes, track inventory, and distribute products as instructed by leadership.
• Help the team meet time and quality standards set by the supervisor.
• Set up, maintain, and break down a daily workstation in the kitchen or service area.
