Humbug Lighting & Pest Hunters in the Jacksonville / St. Augustine metro is seeking a Full-Time Field Sales & Service Technician (cross-trained: Pest Control + Outdoor Lighting). You'll support both service lines, helping clients and delivering a standout finished product.

No prior experience is required; you will receive paid training and licensing, and enjoy year-round work through cross-training. This veteran-owned, local company values reliability, professionalism, and hands-on outdoor work.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; positive character traits favored.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver?s license.
• Able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working from ladders and at heights.
• Willing to travel throughout the workday.
• Enjoy outdoor work; energetic, hardworking, reliable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Independent work and responsibility.
• No insurance claims in past 2 years.
• No felonies; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a remarkable client experience in pest control.
• Travel to client homes or businesses.
• Survey properties and apply larvicide as needed.
• Apply barrier treatments to landscaping and homes.
• Protect against 50+ insects.
• Install and remove holiday lighting on rooftops and landscapes.
• Install permanent, landscape, and event lighting systems.
• Install outdoor audio systems.
• Work safely from ladders and heights.
• Represent Humbug professionally on customer properties.
• Support marketing initiatives and events.
