Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience in Commercial Payments, Treasury Management and card-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of merchant services products and client-facing solutions.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client and internal partner initiatives for new and existing PMI clients, adding new payments services.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to projects.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for PMI clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating project-based onboarding initiatives for new and existing Payments Merchant & Institutional (PMI) clients.The Cross-Payments Onboarding Team is responsible for providing seamless project-based onboarding experience for new PMI clients and expanding existing client relationships with new payments services which include a combination of treasury, card, and merchant service offerings. The Project Manager role participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects and will be the point of contact collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure successful and timely completion of projects. Responsible for guiding project teams through assigned initiatives and holding individuals accountable to deliverables and timelines.**Essential Functions**- Oversee all client and internal partner initiatives for new clients or existing clients, adding new payments services with direct impact on PMI ensuring project deliverables are met, on time- Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives- Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for PMI clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes with the use of project plans as needed- Solicit ongoing feedback from client relationship team, internal partners and servicing peers to identify areas of improvement**Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities**Preferred Skills/Experience**- PMP Certification required.- Eight or more years of experience within Commercial Payments, including Treasury Management and/or card-based payment solutions.- Working knowledge of merchant services products, platforms, and client-facing solutions.- Advanced knowledge of Treasury, Card, and Merchant solutions- Strong project management skills and expertise.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong executive presence, confidence partnering with a variety of levels within the organization.- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence without authority.- Background managing or servicing commercial clients, with an emphasis on an elevated client experience.- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.**Location expectations** This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.**Benefits:**Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
