As a Cross-Market Proposal Manager, you'll play an important role in helping our Southeast business secure work across Transportation, Water, and Cities & Places markets. Working closely with sales, operations, and technical professionals, you'll help shape winning strategies that position our teams and clients for success.
In this role, you'll lead the development of strategic, compliant, and compelling proposals and presentations across a range of pursuits. You'll collaborate with teams across multiple markets and geographies, managing concurrent opportunities while driving quality, consistency, and alignment with Jacobs' brand and pursuit processes. Your contributions will directly support business growth and help deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $126,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
