Qualifications
- Reliable, patient and compassionate caregiver with a true desire to help seniors.
- Willingness to learn through paid orientation and ongoing training.
- Dementia and palliative care knowledge is a plus, with confidence built through our program.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training and a mentoring program.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Run errands and assist with appointments as needed.
- Provide medication reminders and safety checks.
- Deliver dementia and Alzheimer's care as part of individualized plans.
- Help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!
Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience
Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!
Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:
- Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
- Weekend Shift: $17/hour
- Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
- Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
- Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
- Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!
Other ways to earn:
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
- Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire
No Experience? No Problem!
You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.
You'll receive hands‑on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.
