Job summary

Diamond Mowers, LLC is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join the Finance team in Sioux Falls, SD. The role partners with sales, operations, finance, IT, and leadership to translate business needs into clear requirements, actionable insights, and measurable improvements.

The Analyst will monitor KPIs, analyze margins and costs, and develop forecasts. This position reports to the CFO and requires strong quantitative skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial acumen with practical knowledge of manufacturing operations, commercial performance, business systems, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends, pipeline, pricing, and customer performance.
• Analyze inventory levels, aging, turns, and availability.
• Identify process bottlenecks and productivity opportunities.
• Analyze margins, costs, budgets, and variances.
• Analyze dealer performance, inventory, orders, and retail activity.
• Develop demand and sales forecasts.
• Review ERP system and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards and analyses for management decisions.
• Quantify opportunities and measure results.
• Own analyses and improvement projects from problem to results.
