Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 years hands‑on experience with UNIX, SQL.
• Experience with BI Software (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Kyvos) is a plus
• Azure knowledge is desirable
• Experience with monitoring solutions (BigPanda, AppDynamics, Splunk)
• Automation tools knowledge (Automation Anywhere or BigPanda) a plus
• Proficient with ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA and Airflow
• Knowledge of ITIL and strong relationship building with IT stakeholders
• ITSM experience across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration management

Responsibilities

• Experience/Skills: ITIL process roles including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration management
• ITIL V4 MP / ITIL 2011 Expert / ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified, SIAM Foundation / Architect Certification
• Knowledge of ITSM Tools; ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM, etc.
• Deliver ITIL trainings and demonstrate strong team and presentation skills
• Document processes clearly and create flow diagrams

Application Support and Reliability

Raleigh, NC

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 years hands‑on experience with UNIX, SQL.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Software (like microstrategy, powerbi, Kyvos etc.) Is a plus
• Azure knowledge is desirable
• Experience with monitoring solutions, preferably bigpanda, appdynamics and /or Splunk
• Use of or knowledge of automation tools like Automation Anywhere or bigpanda a plus
• Proficient with tools such as servicenow, Confluence, JIRA and batch scheduling workflow tools like airflow.
• Ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
• Knowledge of Finance and its terminology is desirable.
• Track record of building good relationships with IT stakeholders and business partners
• A solid working knowledge of ITIL

Experience/Skills:
10 - 14 YEARS Experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles, viz., Incident manager, Problem manager, Change manager, Asset and Configuration manager.
ITIL V4 MP / ITIL
2011 Expert / ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified, SIAM Foundation / Architect Certification
Good Knowledge of ITSM Tools; ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM, etc.
Capability to deliver ITIL Trainings
Excellent team management skills and inter‑personal skills
Excellent Presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and facilitation skills
Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills
Graduate or Postgraduate in Management / Engineering / Computer sciences

Mandatory Skills: Unix - Implementation and Maintenance.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
