Highmark Health is seeking a Cross Functional Associate to support the operating rooms and sterile processing department. You will help with instrument processing, room turnover, supply management, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Key duties include assisting with patient positioning and safe transport to and from the OR, stocking supplies, transporting specimens to the lab, and obtaining blood products per procedures. You will work under supervision and in a team environment.
The Cross Functional Associate is responsible for providing support to the operating rooms and/or sterile processing by performing a variety of tasks. This role contributes to the efficient flow of operations by assisting with instrument processing, room turnover, supply management, and other essential functions, all while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
