Highmark Health is seeking a Cross Functional Associate to support operating rooms and sterile processing. You will assist with instrument processing, room turnover, supplies, and safety/compliance procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will help with patient positioning, safe transport, and blood product handling under supervision, following HIPAA and privacy guidelines while maintaining high-quality care standards.
The Cross Functional Associate is responsible for providing support to the operating rooms and/or sterile processing by performing a variety of tasks. This role contributes to the efficient flow of operations by assisting with instrument processing, room turnover, supply management, and other essential functions, all while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
