Qualifications

• 0-5 years supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution or transportation environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all inbound and outbound dock operations for cross-docking.
• Lead a team of material handlers, forklift operators, and dockworkers.
• Monitor labor productivity, accuracy rates, and trailer dwell times.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations.
• Collaborate with Walmart transportation and customer service teams.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and properly maintained.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular audits.
• Train and mentor dock staff on procedures and standards.
