The role requires operating sit-down forklifts and walkies to pick orders, load shipments, and move stock within a fast-paced warehouse. Base pay starts at $20/hour on 1st shift with attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses. Benefits are offered, and overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 year forklift driving experience in a warehouse using sit down forklifts and walkies.
• High School Diploma or GED; warehousing certifications are a plus.
• Must read, write, and speak English; good attendance and reliability.
• Warehousing certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from inventory for order fulfillment.
• Drive sit-down forklifts and walkies.
• Assemble packages into ship-ready orders.
• Move stock to proper warehouse locations.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations and safety rules.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate; minimize shipping costs.
