Job summary

Ednovate, Inc. in Southern California is seeking an entrepreneurial, mission-driven athletics coach to develop and supervise a rigorous athletic program, travel with teams, and ensure student safety during practices and performances.

You will initiate open communication with families and community members, embody Ednovate's values, and contribute to expanding access to college attainment for historically underrepresented students. Requires a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success as a coach is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a rigorous, high-quality athletic program.
• Travel to and supervise team games, performances and practices.
• Ensure safety of all students during practices and performances.
• Initiate and maintain open communication with family and community members.
