Seattle Waldorf School is seeking an experienced cross-country coach for our coed 4th–8th grade program. Practices are after school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15–5:00 p.m.
Meets are on Sundays; the season runs from September through October with potential extension into Orienteering and track seasons. The coach will lead practices, motivate students, and foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
Seattle Waldorf School seeks an experienced and engaging cross-country running coach for our coed, 4th through 8th grade program. Practices are from 3:15-5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, from September 9 through October 1. Meets are on September 20, 27 and October 4. We participate in the CYO Cross Country league. This position can also be extended through the late fall/winter Orienteering season and into the spring track and field season, depending on the interest and availability of applicants. Training is available for orienteering coaches. We are looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team and independently, is experienced with running, has strong leadership skills, and who can motivate, lead, and inspire others. Job Summary: Cross Country Coach. Practices Mondays and Wednesdays, after school from 3:15-5:00 p.m., meets on Sundays. The season begins in September. The Orienteering season follows a similar practice schedule and there are up to two weekend events per month from October through February.
