The Special Education Paraprofessional works directly with students with disabilities to support their academic learning, behavior, physical needs, and daily care. In collaboration with teachers and school staff, this role helps implement individualized plans, ensures student safety, and provides support across multiple school settings, including classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
